The location was absolutely stunning, with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The cottage itself was quaint and had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The water pressure was great and the wifi signal was strong, which was important for staying connected. it was a fantastic value for money and I would highly recommend it to others.

Although the cottage was lovely, there were a few minor issues that are worth mentioning. it would have been really convenient to have an integral shower attachment for hair washing in the bath.

We loved the rural location of Maesnewydd Cottage, surrounded by natural beauty and charm. The hosts, Helen and Graham, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cottage itself was thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We particularly appreciated the little extras provided, such as dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, and plenty of toilet rolls. The double bed and spacious bedroom upstairs were perfect for a couple, offering comfortable accommodation. We also enjoyed meeting the adorable animals on-site, especially Molly the dog and the alpacas. And to top it all off, there was a lovely pub within easy walking distance.

Felt completely secure and had no complaints whatsoever.

The cottage is in a charming location with beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The cottage itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities for cooking and cleaning. The double bed in the upstairs bedroom was comfortable and provided ample space for a couple to stay.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping on, with a thin mattress and a metal bar in the middle making it uncomfortable.

We got excellent value for our money with a clean and nicely decorated cottage that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was picturesque, with stunning views and lots of natural beauty to explore. The staff, Helen and Graham, were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider variety of options.
